Shipping Information
Delivery processing time: 3-10 days
Our orders are not in bulk so please allow the time above 3-10 days to receive your hair extensions. (This excludes holidays and bank holidays)
Once the order has been dispatched our team will supply you with a tracking number which will be sent via email. Please allow up to 3 days after making an order to receive the tracking number.
To ensure that we are delivering to the right person/address will we require a signature upon arrival of packaging at the door. If you are not in or unable to sign for your package this will result in it to, unfortunately, be sent back to your local depot.
Will I have to pay for customs fees and import taxes?
In some instances, the delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Semone Lennon Hair and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted.
We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Semone Lennon Hair does not cover additional customs fee charges. Semone Lennon Hair is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our product and hygiene regulations, once purchased frontals, bundles and wigs cannot be refunded. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale.
We offer no warranty or guarantee: if you damage your frontal, bundles or wigs in any way, we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.
Please look at our after care section which helps guide you into properly taking care of your hair extensions. Any chemicals or hair products that you use is out of our control or any other person that places it on the hair is out of our control.
Please ensure that you test all hair products before using it on the hair as this can cause damage.
We are also not responsible for any damage caused by over bleaching or hair dye. We suggest seeking professional help when dying your hair extensions.
